Being diagnosed with and surviving breast cancer is difficult enough without the additional concerns of how you will get to your next medical appointment, put food on the table, or pay bills. Michelle’s Place offers the Pink Ribbon Assistance program, funded in part by the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Inland Empire and Bank of America, which provides a Survivor Toolkit to women newly diagnosed and temporary financial support t Who is eligible for the Pink Ribbon Assistance program? Women living in Riverside or San Bernardino counties currently undergoing active breast cancer treatment. How do I apply for the Pink Ribbon Assistance Program? For an application and further details, call Michelle’s Place. Applicants are required to provide one form of photo identification (Drivers License, State ID, school ID, etc.). Survivor Toolkit Michelle’s Place has assembled the Survivor Toolkit with love and care for women recently diagnosed or currently undergoing breast cancer treatment. The Survivor Toolkit includes “tools” to help women during the treatment process and along their journey toward health and healing. These “tools” include:
